Call for Papers

Authors wishing to present a paper in the Conference are invited to submit original and unpublished research work covering any of the conference topics. People working in industry are welcome to contribute innovate (novel) case studies. The process of acceptance of papers for the conference and subsequent Journal Publication is as follows:

  • Authors are required to initially send an abstract to the organizing secretary (through email), Dr.S.S.Mallick at email: ssmallick@thapar.edu or pgbsia@thapar.edu (Note: there is no need to send the full paper at this stage).
  • The abstracts will be screened by independent reviewers.
  • Authors of the “accepted” abstracts will be asked to submit full version of papers (manuscripts) to the organizing secretary (through email).
  • The full versions of papers (manuscripts) will go through a peer review process by the Technical Review Committee.
  • Comments (if any) of the Technical Review Committee on the full version of manuscripts will be communicated to the authors, who will be required to incorporate the comments and email the final version of papers to the organizing secretary.
  • The final versions of papers will be distributed to the delegates during conference registration in the form of Conference Proceedings.
  • After the conference, the International Scientific Committee will recommend certain number of presented (top quality) papers for publication in the Special Issue of International Journal: Particulate Science and Technology (Taylor & Francis).

Last date of submission of abstract : March 31, 2016
Notification for acceptance of abstract : April 10, 2016
Last date of submission of full paper : June 15, 2016
